Het Creative Desk team heeft een Rotterdamse presentatietraining gegeven aan een Hogeschool in Zwolle waar het onderwijs studenten uitdaagt, docenten alles uit de kast trekken en onderzoek wordt gedaan dat gericht is op de beroepspraktijk.

Het draaide deze dag om het formuleren van de juiste (online)profilering. Wij gebruiken daarvoor de Golden Circle, een denkmodel van Simon Sinek. De buitenste cirkel vertegenwoordigt ‘what’, wat doe je eigenlijk? De middelste cirkel vraagt ‘how’, hoe doe je dat? De kern vormt de ‘why’, waarom doe je wat je doet? Als je de laatste vraag goed kunt beantwoorden dan ben je er… 

The Utrecht University Business Course (UUBC) was founded in 2013 by three students. They perceived a gap in linking theory to practice in the current master curriculum. To fill this gap, they founded the extracurricular programme UUBC that aims to bring most talented and motivated student to real working experience.

 You will work in small groups for twelve weeks on two challenges. This course is aimed at thinkers and researchers that have honed their academic capabilities and, in doing so, realise that starting a company is the next step for them to see their ideas come true.

My best memory was winning the best pitch award twice! And of course we had a very nice team; good dynamics, backgrounds & good team work! We still get together sometimes.

CREA Summer Academy is all about ICT, creativity and entrepreneurship at six leading Universities across Europe. Goal is to support fresh new venture ideas from students all over the world that combine entrepreneurship with ICT and creativity as the drivers for innovation.

We gave for 3 years interactive masterclasses 'How to pitch?' just before the students present themselves before an European jury.
